Track Your Order

Every LUMEROA order ships with tracking. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

When will I get my tracking number?

Tracking is emailed to you when the order leaves the warehouse, usually within 1–3 business days of ordering. If you ordered very recently, it may simply not have shipped yet.

If it has been more than 5 business days and nothing has arrived, check your spam and promotions folders first, then message us with your order number and we’ll send it to you directly.

My tracking number isn’t showing anything

This is normal for the first few days. A tracking number is created when the shipping label is generated, but it often shows no scan activity until the parcel reaches the first sorting facility. Give it 3–5 business days before worrying.

It’s also common for tracking to go quiet for several days while a parcel is in transit between countries. That gap doesn’t mean anything has gone wrong.

How long should delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. That’s an estimate rather than a guarantee — customs processing and local carriers can add time on international orders, and busy periods can slow things down.

Full details are on our shipping & returns page.

My order is taking longer than expected

If your order is noticeably past the 15 business day window, get in touch with your order number. We’ll chase it up with the carrier and let you know what we find. If a parcel is genuinely lost, we’ll replace it or refund it — you won’t have to argue with us about it.

Can I change my delivery address?

Sometimes, if you catch us early. Once an order has been packed and handed to the carrier we usually can’t change the address or the contents. Message us as soon as you can and we’ll do what we can.

Still need help?

Send us a message with your order number and we’ll get back to you. A person reads every one.
